I wanted to practice medicine differently.
I became a family physician because I love being the doctor who knows the story — not just one diagnosis or one part of the body.
After several years practicing within a large health system, I realized I wanted to care for patients in a way that allowed me to stay more connected to their health. I wanted to know what happened after the specialist visit, follow the lab result that needed another look, think ahead about prevention, and help my patients understand why we were making the decisions we were making.
That’s why I created Solace Primary Care.
Today, I care primarily for women, many of whom come to me wanting a better understanding of their health — whether they’re navigating hormones, PCOS, perimenopause, metabolic health, prevention, or simply trying to make sense of symptoms they haven’t gotten answers to.
My goal is simple: for you to understand your health, feel confident in the plan, and know what comes next.
