The one-time enrollment fee covers comprehensive onboarding, medical record review, care coordination, and preparation for your first visit.

A comprehensive, one-time physician consultation for a specific health concern, second opinion, or a more complete review of your health.
Before your visit, Dr. Khan reviews your health history, available records, medications, and existing lab results so your appointment can focus on what deserves attention and what comes next.
Your consultation may include preventive health and screening, women’s health and hormones, cardiovascular and metabolic risk, family history, laboratory results, medications, or a specific concern you want evaluated.
You’ll leave with a personalized health plan outlining Dr. Khan’s recommendations, appropriate testing or screening, and clear next steps.
Consultation Fee: $425
If you join Solace Primary Care within 30 days, your consultation fee will be credited toward your membership enrollment.

What is Direct Primary Care?
Solace Primary Care follows a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. Instead of billing insurance for office visits, members pay a monthly fee for direct access to their physician, longer appointments, same- or next-day scheduling, and comprehensive primary care.
Do you accept insurance?
Solace Primary Care does not bill insurance for membership services. However, many patients continue to use their insurance for laboratory testing, imaging, specialist visits, medications, and hospital care. This allows us to focus on providing personalized care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based primary care.
What is included in my membership?
Your membership includes comprehensive primary care, annual wellness visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, same- or next-day appointments when available, direct access to Dr. Khan by phone, text, and secure messaging, telemedicine visits throughout California, care coordination, and more. You’ll have a physician who knows your health history and is available when you need guidance.
Can I schedule a meet-and-greet before joining?
Yes. We offer a complimentary meet-and-greet so you can learn about the practice, ask questions, and decide whether our membership model is the right fit for you before enrolling. You can do these online or in person at the Newport Beach office.
Do you care for children and families?
Yes. As a board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Khan cares for children, adults, and older adults. Whether you need preventive care, treatment for acute illnesses, chronic disease management, or women’s health services, Solace Primary Care is designed to care for individuals and families through every stage of life.

The same labs your insurance company charges hundreds for. As a Solace member, you pay what they actually cost and if you prefer to use your insurance for labs or imaging, we can work with that too.
