Do you take insurance?
No. Membership is not billed through insurance. You can still use your insurance for specialists, imaging, hospital care, prescriptions, and lab work when applicable.
What primary care services does Dr. Khan provide?
Primary care at Solace includes preventive care and annual wellness visits, women’s health, evaluation of new health concerns, laboratory testing and interpretation, medication management, and ongoing primary care. When additional testing or specialty care is needed, Dr. Khan helps coordinate the next steps and remains involved in your care.
What does membership include?
Membership includes a personalized health plan, direct access to Dr. Khan, proactive health planning, ongoing follow-up, and primary care visits when you need them.
Do you offer women’s health?
Yes. Dr. Khan provides preventive gynecologic care, Pap smears, contraception, PCOS care, menopause and perimenopause care, and postpartum care as part of comprehensive primary care.
